Hospital Management Committee

The Hospital  Management Committee tasks include

- Implement the directives of the Board;

- Establish internal rules and submit them to the Board of Directors.;

- Control the use of the Hospital and Health Centers budget;

- Establish the annual action plan, the staffing, equipment and budget estimates and submit them t for approval to the Board;

- Adopt the program of activities of the hospital in accordance with the action plan established;

- Check the operating accounts and monthly financial report of Hospital;

- Apply rate costs of medical procedures as offered by the Ministry of Health;

- Evaluate the monthly /annual activity and submit report to the Board of Directors;

- Present at Board personnel engagement records and sanctions given to staff respecting the internal rules;

- Propose the wage/salary structure of the personnel engaged by the health faciliity,the amount and allocation of bonus for all staff in accordnace updated law and reulations;

- Adopt resolutions and make recommendations of general interest in working condition;

- Resolve internal conflicts by way of equity, taking into account the internal regulations of the Hospital;

- Establish the policy of cooperation with other stakeholders and partners;

- Make a follow up of hospital accreditation process and continuous quality improvment.
