Outpatient department

The outpatient service offers services to patients whom the conditions are not critical; they are evaluated and treated by the physician and go back home the same day. Some of them are given an appointment to come back again for follow up. It’s also possible to transfer patient for further management to referral hospital if the case can’t be managed in our facility as it is done for emergency and other inpatient clients. This service works from Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 5:00PM and closes on holidays, for every working day there are two to three nurses, Receptionists and others workers with physicians on the timetable to work there. This service offers service including Admission, Outpatient registration, Consultation, Provide right information to the next step of health care to be provided, Medical prescription, External referral and Follow-up of patient with chronic illness in collaboration with allied health professional departments such as Physiotherapy, Mental health department, Laboratory department, and Medical Imaging department.
